Excellent communication
We are so happy with Tamara's handling of the selling of our property. She gave honest opinions and sold our home the day after listing it. Tamara was very professional regarding the sale of our property.
She new that the buyer had to get insurance before taking possession which was something they had overlooked. She would not hand over the keys until this had been arranged, even though they had paid the purchase price. A tough little cookie.

She was very informative especially regarding the latest requirements for smoke detectors and ensured the granny flat which was initially missed, was rectified.
